Back to Running

Today I had my first run since September 7th.  I haven't been able to do an exercise or heavy lifting.  So once I got the news and confirmation that my HcG was less than 1...I finally could go back to exercising! YAY! Not that I gained a ton of weight in these weeks but I gained a good 3 pounds.  It is not the end of the world but still my pants feel a bit snug sometimes.  So I woke up early and got back out there.  I was tempted to put go back to bed but I didn't.  I felt pretty good running and didn't want to over do it, so I only did 3 miles.  I was surprised that I was still about the same pace as I was.  I felt much better after running!  It was a great time to clear my head and was a great stress reliever.
