Farm Day

Mommy and I had so much fun today.  First, I tried a new food today- yogurt! I wasn't too sure about it at first but then I really liked it.  Mommy and I watched the Bulldogs play and they won again! Second,  after my afternoon nap mommy told me she was taking me to a farm.  She went to go visit some of her running friends at a run held at a farm called the Red Barn Ramble.  Mommy could not use the stroller and do the race because it is not stroller friendly course because it is in a farm field.  Mommy introduced me to lots of her running friends.  They all said I was so cute! Some people even said I looked like my mommy, which she was happy about because everyone else says I look like my daddy!  I got to see some cows and hear them moo.  It was really windy and quite chilly for me.  We found a warm spot on the porch and visited up there.  I had fun at the farm!  Mommy's friend Joan gave me the best present- an Under Armour outfit.  I can't wait to work out in it next year.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Here is what we did the past few days.

Wednesday- it was a busy day! I went to daycare in the morning.  Then mom and I went to Gymboree.  Mom was both happy and sad about this. Happy because she got to see her friends and play with me, but sad because I am moving up the the Level 2 class.  We will now have to go on Saturdays and meet new people.  Mom is sad because she met some other mommies and we all have fun.  She is hoping that everyone will stay in touch or mommy will just have to meet them at Starbucks on Wednesdays!  Daddy was also home Wednesday night and was upset because the Braves lost.

Thursday-I was a fussy girl for daddy.  I did lots of crying and whining in the morning.  I did not want to nap.  Mommy thinks it is my teeth.  She gave me some Tylenol when she got home and I was fine the rest of the day. 

Friday- Today- I was still a little whiny so dad gave me a little Tylenol.  I went to physical therapy and can now go every other week.  We still have to do our exercises and stretches EVERY day! Then I napped and mom came home with groceries.  Mommy and I went to a small consignment sale today and we got some clothes for 9 months and 12 months.  Then I didn't want to nap when we got home.  I ate about 4:15ish and then fell asleep after my bottle in mommy's arms.  Mommy decided she was tired too and she fell asleep holding me.  It was the best 30 minute nap we both had after this long week.

My Protector- Jake

Jake has truly become a protector of me.  He sometimes will babysit me.  Mommy gets mad when he tries to play with my toys though.  But Jake and I we understand each other.  Most of the time he tries to hang out by me and we try to communicate to each other.  But I love my Big Brother Jake! He also got a hair cut last week and looks sooo cute! I got to go to the Pet Resort to pick him up with Mommy.  Mommy was afraid that I would cry when we got there because sometimes the dogs go wild when a car pulls in and there is lots of barking.  I just kind of looked around and Mommy showed me a bird.

But all in all I was trying to show Jake some tricks today.  Actually I was trying to imitate him mostly cause he walks on 4 legs. I am at least trying to get it altogether with my 2 arms and 2 legs!

Just Another Manic Monday

As the song goes... "It's just another manic Monday, I wish it were Sunday, cause that's my fun day..." That is what mommy said when she woke up.  Daddy and I had a great day.  I was still a little fussy especially around lunch time. But I still played and stuff but I cried every once in awhile.  Daddy scared me with his doe bleat.  At first I just looked the second time I cried.  It was not funny. Loud noises are starting to scare me.  I ate carrots today but I still don't know if I like them.  I ate apples for lunch and they were yummy.  Tomorrow I think is peaches and some form of veggie... we will see what mommy picks!

Well say it isn't so Buffalo Bills Fans... they are 3 and 0.  Yes that is three wins and zero losses.  We attribute it to their newest and littlest fan Olivia.  She only watches about 1/2 of the game and wakes up for the end but hey- they keep winning.  I thought Brendon jinxed it today with her wearing her stained Bills shirt but she didn't.

Olivia was better today.  She woke up once crying last night about 9:30ish but fell back asleep.  You can really see in her mouth where the teeth will be and hopefully they will come sooner then later.  She ate really well today and no vomiting, so it must have been just a fluke last night. It is truly amazing to see her sitting all by herself.  She is growing so fast!
