Olivia has been a little excited about Valentine's Day. We have watched Charlie Brown's Valentine a billion times. I asked her last night if she thought she would get a Valentine today and she said, "Yes!" When we woke up today I had her get Brendon's Valentines and she ran and got them and said, "Happy Valentine's Day!" So cute and sweet! We were able to spend this morning eating breakfast and having coffee. Then I went to a consignment sale and Brendon took Olivia grocery shopping. Then we had lunch together and checked out some of the stuff from the sale...some stuff is saved for birthday and Christmas. Then it was nap time. After nap time we visited with Olivia's godparents for a bit and they made us some yummy treats! Then Olivia and I had a romantic dinner of leftovers in her tent. The night ended with Your in Love Charlie Brown movie and 3 Valentine books.
A great day overall! No need to fight the crowds at restaurants...Valentine's Day should be celebrated every day. If we love the person why wait for a special day to celebrate...we should celebrate love every day!
Probably my favorite love quote and from our wedding!
