Waking up from a nap

11 weeks old!

Olivia is 11 weeks old! She is growing and changing so much!! I can't wait to see how much she weighs in July that is when her 4 month appointment is.

This is Olivia's cute picture of the day. Nothing too exciting today. We cut the grass and started priming some chairs for the porch. Olivia was a napper today and we took her in the pool and she stayed in for quite a long time! Melissa went to visit Karyn- who looks FABULOUS after having her liver transplant!

By the way the sleep through the night- was a fluke- she was up at her usual times midnight at 4:30 and then she was up again about 7:45. We were quite tired today!

Thanks to a good friend and neighbor- Kristy- who let us know that she tried to leave a comment for a blog entry and noticed it wasn't working. We looked at our settings and it is open to leave comments. The key is that you have to select one of the choices where it says Comment as ( it is below the box you type in) and select a profile. I tried it with anonymous and it worked. So hopefully this fixes the problem =)

Super Tummy Time

Olivia is getting better and better with raising her head! She also is spinning around in a circle on her mat while doing tummy time.

P.S. Olivia is becoming very alert- she likes the light on her mat and also the t.v. Today I showed her some Sesame Street for a few minutes. She seemed like she really liked it. How can anyone not like Big Bird!

Sleeping through the night...well almost

Last night I put Olivia down for bed around 7:45. She woke shortly after at about 8:40ish. I thought, "Oh great, it's going to be one of those nights!" So I checked the diaper and then rocked her and she fell back asleep. Well I went to bed around 11:00 and I usually get up with her around 12:30 or so. Well about 12:15 she started making her noises but by the time I waited a few minutes and walked down to her room she stopped. So I went back to sleep. She kind of did that off and on all night. Well we got worried that she hadn't gotten up. Around 3 something she started with the noises again so Bren got up and fed her a little bit and to his surprise the diaper was dry! That made me worry! But she went back to sleep and woke about 6:30ish and Bren changed her diaper and she went back to sleep until about 9:00. It was just so weird for her to almost sleep through the night. I think I was more worried about her last night then ever! We will see what happens tonight... it may have just been a fluke!

Olivia's Future Husband

Olivia's future husband Karson was born today. We are so excited for our friends Malissa and Brian. We have been awaiting for the arrival of Karson and he decided to arrive last night. We have already started saving money for the wedding.
