A Week at the Farm

After school was over we went to the farm.  There is ALWAYS work to do.  We had some plans of things we wanted to do.  Things just always seem to take a longer time to complete when we are there.  Not that we are efficient but when you are working with limited resources, no power, no water, and it is 900 degrees outside it just takes a bit.

The original plans in no particular order: Build a dock, build a picnic table, build a shade structure, weed whack where needed, meet with the forester, meet with someone to do tractor work

The real plans that got accomplished: built a dock, and built a picnic table...and stained them =) weed whack where needed, met with the forester, met with someone to do tractor work and help with the beavers!

We had some unexpected social events but they included swimming so it was ALL good!!
