The day after school ended we zoomed off to Hilton Head with our friends! Such a great trip and I loved where we stayed.  Close to the beach, bike path, and the pool!

Flat out tired

Olivia had her last day of Pre K Prep a few weeks ago which involved a day of water fun.  So much fun there was no nap that day.  She talked all about her day on the way home and then literally fell asleep at the top of the driveway! When I pulled in the garage I took her out of the car and asked her if she wanted to lay down in her bed...no...so I sat her on the bottom step on the landing...when I came back in from unloading my car...zzzzzzzz and she stayed there a good 20 minutes until Jake licked her face! Poor thing was just flat out tired but had such a fun day!

The next day...

Soccer

We started soccer again a few weeks ago.  She was doing great and really excited until this week...they had to kick with the outside of their feet.  She pouted and actually sat on the bench.  It was a hard skill for her little feet. She really seems to enjoy it and I have a good time playing with her!

Finally...a gymnastics BIG moment

For MONTHS we have been waiting patiently at gymnastics...we have tried, and tried several times to get Olivia to flip over the bar.  Finally a few weeks ago with the help and support of her coach- she did it! I was caught off guard that she did it...and she even repeated it again.  I thought the first time was a fluke.  So the next time I was determined to be prepared!! I caught the moment! So proud of her!

Daddy's bike race

Saturday May 16th Brendon had his annual bike race at Fort Yargo.  It is usually at the beginning of may but not this year.  Some of his usual team mates had some other commitments, therefore he had to ride with some other friends.  Still had a good time though!
